DARMOUTH CROSSING
In late 2004, TRAX was chosen to complete the mass earthworks at Dartmouth Crossing, a 225-acre, $270 million retail property being developed by North American Development in Dartmouth. Dartmouth Crossing is the largest retail project under construction east of Calgary. Phase One of the development will offer Atlantic Canadians a unique shopping experience including 1.5 million square feet of retail and commercial space.
